FACILITIES The chalets
cater for two, four, or six people respectively, are in peaceful surroundings on
the farm Berlyn in the Blyde
River Canyon Environment.
LIST OF CHALET FACILITIES. *
All chalets have fully equipped kitchens including fridge/freezer, stove with oven and microwaves. *
Bathrooms are en-suite with large baths and separate standing showers. *
All chalets have their own barbeque facility "braai" and secure parking. *
Televisions are standard, to receive our local channels. It is better to enjoy the natural surroundings anyway. *
All chalets are serviced daily. *
Laundry is done on request at a nominal extra charge. *
Chalets have both lounge with wood burning fireplace and a dining area. LIST OF LODGE SERVICES *
All guests vehicles are cleaned on request. *
Wood for the Fireplaces as well as Charcoal and Firelighters for a barbecue/braai are to be brought with you. *
Exclusive use of the lodges library of books is available to resident guests in each chalet. *

Subjects available are history, nature, wildlife, anthropology, ethnology

A wide variety of leisure and adventure activities are available in the Blyde River Canyon,

Tsweni lodge situated in the Drakensberg
Mountains and the Blyde River Canyon area, means "Mountain of the Baboon" in Bapedi.
Thaba Tsweni Lodge consists of only six fully equipped luxury
self-catering chalets which ensures a peaceful stay in a natural mountain setting.
Full South African breakfasts and/or dinners at the Restaurants in the nearby town of Graskop, can
be arranged to your preferences with prior notification.
Restaurants are also in abundance in Graskop.
Each chalet
has its own private Barbeque Facility "Braai" and Parking area
